Chris's business has been strategically crafted by over a lifetime, yes a lifetime, of experience in the real estate business. Christopher has never majored in anything else or transitioned into real estate from a prior career. He grew up in the business and for him it's always been real estate from the beginning. Christopher has spent over a decade studding and examining the marketing sector of the industry. He employs only the highest and most sophisticated state of the art technology and tools to effectively engage the marketplace. Stepping Ahead
Prior to COVID-19 Christopher had already reformatted the contactless way of doing business. Originally tailored for the Lifestyle Professional who's always on the go. His model was already in play, showing and selling homes virtually with zero contact. In 2020 when the industry was adjusting to the new way of conducting business he was already beyond that point and moving forward. Chris likes to say "I stay ahead of the trends." He stands out.
Christopher has always been equally passionate about how the Real Estate business works as a whole. Being licensed for 23 years, and growing up in the business, his focus is not only on his negotiating and communication expertise. Chris's business passion takes him a step further to also include educating himself on the true marketing physics used to build a successful company campaign.
